wood storage structure and extensive repairs to the fire escape. There should
also be wood to split and stack and it will be time to set up for the winter
by covering windows, placing signs and poles and installing new rope on the
path.. Debbie Ralls will be our cook.

Let's Talk About
Tyee Firewood
A special thanks to Phil and Irene Crosby and Stephan Brown for donating much needed fire wood to Tyee. As you enjoy a nice warm fire think about their generosity.
FWOC Conference
Sydney Herbert and Sylvia Milne represented the Trails Club of Oregon at the Federation of Western Outdoor Clubs in September at Leavenworth, WA. George Milne was there as Treasurer of FWOC and he spoke about the current struggle currently happening in Forest Park. A resolution drafted by Sydney regarding Forest Park was adopted by FWOC and will be available for our use. Meetings started on Friday evening the 13th and lasted through Sunday noon on the 15th. The agenda was packed with many speakers providing excellent information on matters regarding environment and conservation, allowing little time to explore.
